Standard Drop-Off Time before 7.00am – 8.00am if drop-off falls outside these times please contact reception or call (07) 4099 4999.

Cash also accepted for rent only.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 25 days prior to pick up minimum one day rent cancellation fee
• If cancelled from 24 days to 7 days prior to pick minimum one day hire cost or up 25% of Gross Rental
• If cancelled 6 days to 1 day prior to pick minimum one day hire cost or up 50% of Gross Rental
• If cancelled in 24 Hour’s or on day of pick up or NO-Show 100% of Gross Rental If vehicle is returned early for any reason there is no refunds for the unused rental days.
